Making life simple

 

We are a team of highly skilled IT specialists dedicated to the development and support of pimss.   One of the first to recognise a need for a specialised database to capture stock condition information for social housing, we have remained at the forefront of development – designing a practical and deceptively simple to use system that supports serious investment planning and decision making.

 

Working closely with the professional housing team at Savills and listening carefully to what our customers want, we have designed in simplicity and flexibility.   While always thinking ahead as new technologies provide exciting new opportunities, we are very aware that many of our customers need to make effective use of their existing support systems.  Understanding the specific needs and priorities of each local authority and housing association is key to making sure that all our users have a system that really works for them.

 

Because we are totally focused on pimss we are experts in our field.  We are very happy to share the knowledge we have developed through working with over 70 local authorities and housing associations throughout the UK.

 

Our team designs, develops and delivers pimss to consistently high standards.  We also provide ongoing support through our friendly and knowledgeable help desk support staff.
