Connect Housing Association has selected a fully integrated asset management and housing solution from ourselves and Castleton Technology plc (Castleton).

Ambitious Government targets for the reduction of carbon emissions, Housing Quality standards which insist on a minimum level of energy efficiency and the continual need for Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to be provided to your residents when properties are let, mean that energy efficiency continues to be a key topic.

We’re currently busy arranging three User Group Meetings at accessible locations across the UK to offer our clients the best possible opportunity to get involved.

In what is a key appointment for the company, PIMSS has appointed Iain Arnison as Development Manager at our headquarters in Bromborough on the Wirral. This is officially a new role for the business and Iain will now head up a growing team of development specialists.

We’re delighted to have been shortlisted as finalists for Consultancy of the Year in the Northern Housing Awards 2019 with the winner of the category due to be announced on 23 May.

Following our attendance at a very busy Housing Finance Conference and Exhibition in Liverpool, 20-21 March 2019, we’re delighted to announce the winner or our prize draw.

Following a competitive tender, South Holland District Council has appointed PIMSS Data Systems (PIMSS) to undertake a comprehensive review of its existing housing assets.

Since its launch we’ve been using Viability, our cloud-based application, to analyse stock performance against both financial and sustainability criteria and combinations of the two according to our clients’ requirements. And it’s been receiving positive feedback.
