PIMSS appoints new Data Analyst

We’ve further strengthened our data team at our headquarters in Bromborough on the Wirral with the appointment of Rhys Young as Data Analyst.

Reporting to our Data Team Manager - Martyn Whyte – Rhys joins a growing team of data integration specialists helping our clients get the best from their data to enable them to make more informed investment or disposal decisions regarding their housing and associated assets.

He is involved in all stages of a data project, from setting up the front end interface and performing data load checks through to manipulating data within the system, producing reports and interpreting the impact of the analysis.

Born in Chester and now living in Hope near Wrexham, Rhys is 23 and well qualified for the role. Having achieved a BSc in Computer Science from Aberystwyth University, he has experience in asset management gained in a previous role. He is expert in working with large and small data sets, using his mathematical skills and attention to detail to identify and interpret trends and spot anomalies in data.

Rhys is a sports enthusiast with a particular interest in football and cricket. He follows Chester Football Club closely, attending most home and away matches, and plays competitive cricket in the Cheshire League.

He will be on the front line dealing with our Housing Association clients, large and small, and is vital to ensuring that we continue to service their requests as quickly as possible and with a high degree of professionalism.”
