We’ve recently launched our new Client Portal offering all our clients a host of support resources to help them get the best possible use from their PIMSS software products.
The portal is an extension and enhancement to the support service that is already on offer to our clients. It offers quick and easy access to information including FAQs, training videos, the latest documentation and a discussion forum where users can contribute to discussions on our products and the latest developments in the housing sector.
The FAQs is a comprehensive list of questions that we are asked most frequently with associated answers, offering registered users the opportunity to find answers more quickly and conveniently.
The Training Videos is a self-help area where users can search for and access a library of training videos for our products for assistance with specific functionality.
The Documentation section is where our clients can locate User Guides, Application Release Notes and other vital and useful information in relation to PIMSS products.
Finally, the Discussion Forum is a platform for conversing over issues and challenges including industry news and understanding how other users utilise PIMSS products to best effect.
