Cormac Valentine has joined our support team at our headquarters in Bromborough on the Wirral as Software Support Assistant.
Reporting to our Support Manager – Heather Welch – Cormac is responsible for providing the high level of technical advice and support offered to our nationwide asset management software clients, with particular reference to our flagship product PIMSS Asset Management.
Cormac joins our growing team of support specialists acting as the first point of contact for any asset management system advice and assistance requests. He replaces Matt Buxton who has moved into the development team as Junior Developer to help support our ambitious new application development plans. Matt will continue to offer technical support and advice while undertaking intensive training with Cormac.
Originally from County Fermanagh, Ireland, Cormac is 22 and now lives in Liverpool. He has previous experience in the hospitality industry where he held similar customer service responsibilities. He is well qualified for the role having achieved a BTEC in Software Development at South West College Fermanagh, and a BSc in Software Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University.
Cormac loves sport especially football and horse racing. He supports Liverpool Football Club and has kept horses at home in Ireland from a young age. He is also a mixed martial arts enthusiast.
